	Rachael Davis REALTOR®/Transaction Coordinator Rachael holds a vital position of our Team. Rachael coordinates the process/details involved with taking a real estate sale to closing. She works closely with the title companies, termite inspectors, home inspectors, county departments, survey companies, other real estate agents, etc., and, most importantly, you the client to ensure a smooth transaction.
